International Plaza is a five-story community located in the heart of South Lorain. This 100-unit community is designated for elderly and persons with disabilities. There are one- and two-bedroom homes available, including ten ADA-accessible homes.

Sheffield Shopping Centre; containing grocery and discount stores, is less than three miles away. Lorain County Transit provides affordable local transportation. Lorain Public Library is less than one mile away. El Centro Social Services, also located less than one mile away, provides services to residents. Raise Up Resident Services also provides many services to the residents of International Plaza; including meal boxes for senior community members, referrals to other agencies, Green Thumb program, a resident watch program, an active tenant council, and other programs.
